Spectators: 413 (Terracing: 310, Seating: 95, VIP seats: 8) Matei Blaga made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd match minute, BULDOZERUL SANTA FE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silviu Bălțăteanu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to BULDOZERUL SANTA FE getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Virgil Tănăsocă hit a great ball. If Matei Blaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorel Tudor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Sandu Cigu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's Silviu Bălțăteanu got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 24th minute of the match Robert Itu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Robert Itu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 24th minute, Robert Itu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 25 minutes, Teodor Bobei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodor Bobei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Magherescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandu Cigu having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, -BZF- Chimia Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Poenaru to maneuver through the defense. When Matei Blaga came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the -BZF- Chimia Buzau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matei Blaga couldn't finish the play. Sorin Nisipeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Gherghe having to interfere. Sandu Cigu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Tănăsocă in the 38th minute of the match. Sandu Cigu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 38th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's zone, Matei Blaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Gherghe came out of the goal and Matei Blaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 47 minutes, Costică Ipate mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BULDOZERUL SANTA FE and the -BZF- Chimia Buzau players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BULDOZERUL SANTA FE!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silviu Bălțăteanu to make the kick off. -BZF- Chimia Buzau's Sorin Nisipeanu got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sorin Nisipeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Gherghe having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgil Tănăsocă in the 63rd minute of play forced -BZF- Chimia Buzau's goalkeeper Sandu Cigu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of BULDOZERUL SANTA FE booed when -BZF- Chimia Buzau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nechifor Dorineanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Gherghe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matei Blaga in the 72nd minute. If Moise Hurgoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Sorin Nisipeanu made a precise shot to the right of Eric Gherghe. BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. -BZF- Chimia Buzau's Matei Blaga got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Matei Blaga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eric Gherghe. Matei Blaga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2.
