Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jan-Åke Fransson took the kick off in the first half of the match. AS Gdynia's Fryderyk Cizeski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save AS Gdynia from getting a goal against them. In the 6th minute of the match Zagórna got a corner. AS Gdynia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lech Marek ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Lech Marek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fryderyk Cizeski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 7 minutes into the match, Zagórna's goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Skonieczny came free, but Marian Gniech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Fryderyk Cizeski managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Zagórna's Jan-Åke Fransson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 10 minutes into the match, AS Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Åke Fransson came free, but Fryderyk Cizeski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fryderyk Cizeski made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Jan-Åke Fransson sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute, Bogdan Malinovski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marian Gniech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Tonali in the 19th minute of the match. AS Gdynia's Fryderyk Cizeski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save AS Gdynia from getting a goal against them. Zagórna's Marian Gniech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Duinhoven in the 23rd minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Jan-Åke Fransson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fryderyk Cizeski, 1-0. Fryderyk Cizeski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Åke Fransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 43rd minute, Florian Kapinos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jan-Åke Fransson struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Fryderyk Cizeski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zagórna. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Max Duinhoven stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marian Gniech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Wolnik in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Jan-Åke Fransson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fryderyk Cizeski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 58thth minute of the game Jan-Åke Fransson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AS Gdynia's Fryderyk Cizeski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st minute, Bogdan Malinovski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Åke Fransson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fryderyk Cizeski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, AS Gdynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Iniesta to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Åke Fransson took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fryderyk Cizeski. Fryderyk Cizeski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 74thth minute of the game Jan-Åke Fransson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AS Gdynia's Fryderyk Cizeski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zagórna's Jan Cwojdak was substituted for Ziemowit Soszka. Zagórna were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after AS Gdynia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lech Marek took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Gică Popescu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Pawel Wolnik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Marian Gniech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zagórna's Gwidon Arnista was substituted for Marcu Voinea. 85 minutes into the match, Zagórna's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Iniesta came free, but Marian Gniech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Jan-Åke Fransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fryderyk Cizeski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AS Gdynia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
