Alfredo Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kiur Uusmaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute Nemesio Hechter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Mino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Mait Pihl made a huge save. In the 19th minute, Nemesio Hechter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capua Whitewolves fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Alfredo Joey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elari Hirv in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elari Hirv in the 23rd minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Alfredo Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hipolito Lekubegi might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfredo Joey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hipolito Lekubegi ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Hechter in the 35th minute of play. Palermo's Alfredo Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elari Hirv in the 36th minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, Capua Whitewolves's Elari Hirv made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredo Joey was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfredo Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Hechter, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 48th minute Santiago Mino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mait Pihl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Mino to make the kick off. Mait Pihl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Mino in the 51st minute of the match. Mait Pihl came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Marcelino Chaime. But to his dismay, Marcelino Chaime quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Palermo's Alfredo Joey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Palermo from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Hechter came free, but Alfredo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Mino in the 59th minute of play forced Capua Whitewolves's goalkeeper Mait Pihl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Hechter, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Arnoldo Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Palermo's Alfredo Joey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Palermo from getting a goal against them. Alfredo Joey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemesio Hechter's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Arnoldo Medina might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mait Pihl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnoldo Medina ran back to his position shaking his head. Capua Whitewolves's Aron Tamm was substituted for Kiur Uusmaa. Capua Whitewolves's Andres Oper was substituted for Elari Hirv. Capua Whitewolves's Ralf Hurm was substituted for Leandro Desabato. After 82 played minutes Capua Whitewolves got a freekick which was hit by Gedson Fernandes. After 84 played minutes Capua Whitewolves got a freekick which was hit by Gedson Fernandes. After 85 played minutes Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Wiater. Marcelino Chaime kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Alfredo Joey successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Andres Oper came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alfredo Joey could save by the left post. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

Nemir Al Hammady made a great header on Capua Whitewolves's corner, it was just that Palermo's Alfredo Joey managed to reach the ball for a save. 103 minutes into the match, Capua Whitewolves's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Chaime came free, but Mait Pihl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 104 minutes had been played when some careless play by Capua Whitewolves's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Saul Felo was slow to take the kick. During this time Palermo's players had a chance to rest. Marcelino Chaime made a great header on Palermo's corner, it was just that Capua Whitewolves's Mait Pihl managed to reach the ball for a save. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Oper in the 109th minute of play. When Hipolito Lekubegi came up free with the goalie in the 110th minute, the Capua Whitewolves fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Lekubegi couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Oper in the 113th minute of play.

Both teams seemed ready to fight when Palermo's Santiago Mino did the kick off and started the second half in the overtime. Alfredo Joey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Lekubegi in the 120th minute of the match. Capua Whitewolves's Mait Pihl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Gonzalez in the 128th minute of play.

In the 134th minute, the referee gave Capua Whitewolves a penalty. Mait Pihl looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Alfredo Joey. Mait Pihl had in the 142ndth minute some difficulties stopping Carles Borg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When the match had been going on for 143 minutes, Capua Whitewolves's Marcel Nisporeanu got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alfredo Joey.
