Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xosepin Uruñuela started the match with the kick off. If Ladislao Daunte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 played minutes PATADAS S.A got a freekick which was hit by Edvaldo Cordeiro. Amado Urre was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Edvaldo Cordeiro made in the 21st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Marcelo Llanos. Mesere's Ventzislav Slúnchev quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sergio Vargas, made in the 24th minute of the game. Edgard Maya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the game, Edvaldo Cordeiro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mesere's Innocenzio Barcenas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Charis Manatakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Daunte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Daunte in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charis Manatakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd match minute, Mesere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perez Turiela to maneuver through the defense. If Edelmiro Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Goiz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 40 minutes, Mesere's Edgard Maya got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Nestor Ofelio. Xosepin Uruñuela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Nestor Ofelio made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, PATADAS S.A's goalkeeper Nestor Ofelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Maya. Ladislao Daunte hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edelmiro Silban was the one to do the kick off. PATADAS S.A's Nestor Ofelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xosepin Uruñuela in the 52nd minute of play. Mesere's Pacho Losua quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ladislao Daunte, made in the 54th minute of the game. After 55 minutes of play, Mesere's Edgard Maya made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nestor Ofelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mesere made a substitution. Eate Azcaraso replaced Mirande Pescatori. In the 59th minute Arnaldo Ekain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charis Manatakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Ofelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Maya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Mesere's goalkeeper Charis Manatakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edelmiro Silban. Charis Manatakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Silban in the 69th minute of the match. In the 75th minute of the game Edvaldo Cordeiro made a throw-in which Ladislao Daunte played forward. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by PATADAS S.A's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xosepin Uruñuela was slow to take the kick. During this time Mesere's players had a chance to rest. 80 minutes into the game, Ladislao Daunte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PATADAS S.A's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mesere the free kick. After a rather tough play, PATADAS S.A's Ladislao Daunte got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute of the match, Xosepin Uruñuela sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Nestor Ofelio showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Arnaldo Ekain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Charis Manatakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Silban, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Edvaldo Cordeiro in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mesere's Pacho Losua. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mesere had won after a very even match.
