Xulio Balado was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. CON-E-CO:s Llin Venero showed great skill when he stopped Leandro Cordarin:s penalty. In the 31st minute, Generosb Prat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CON-E-CO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a little luck, Deportivo Balvanera's Abel Neron got control of the ball when Generosb Prat tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute, Rene Restu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Balvanera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leandro Cordarin made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Llin Venero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Leandro Cordarin struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Llin Venero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Balvanera. Deportivo Balvanera's Omar Fliz was substituted for Rene Restu. When Teofilo Corrillos fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CON-E-CO's protests and gave Teofilo Corrillos a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes CON-E-CO got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Corrillos. If Gilberto Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 played minutes Deportivo Balvanera got a freekick which was hit by Placido Cordarell. Thanks to some nice moves Omar Fliz could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Llin Venero however easily saved by the left post. Deportivo Balvanera were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after CON-E-CO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Placido Cordarell took the corner. Deportivo Balvanera's Omar Fliz got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Deportivo Balvanera booed when CON-E-CO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generosb Prat didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, CON-E-CO's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Inautzi came free, but Llin Venero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
