Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Vikingos FC's Marco Cantona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Felix Leahu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Erramu in the 3rd minute of the match. Felix Leahu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Cantona in the 5th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C. YKE's Traian Brăiloiu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastián Sosa. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Twan van Nistelrooij in the 9th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Leahu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Erramu went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodri Gol in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Traian Brăiloiu got free with Sebastián Sosa in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 30 minutes F.C. YKE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arsenio Manuelo who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Erramu in the 36th minute of play forced F.C. YKE's goalkeeper Felix Leahu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Sebastián Sosa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 38th minute Marco Cantona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Leahu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. YKE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arsenio Manuelo was slow to take the kick. During this time Vikingos FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Arsenio Manuelo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Felix Leahu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodri Gol in the 43rd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodri Gol came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. F.C. YKE had won after a very even match.
