Waclaw Winszman hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When U21 Poland's Marcin Najman in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Głodne Ghule's goalie prevented a goal. If Szymon Pilipiec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kajetan Glapiak kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Roger Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Gigi Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Marcin Najman took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Maciej Mielcarz to make any attempt to save it. After 19 played minutes U21 Poland got a freekick which was hit by Kajetan Glapiak. The supporters of U21 Poland booed when Głodne Ghule was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Blom didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Erik Exposito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigi Buffon was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Jan Pająk could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Maciej Mielcarz however easily saved by the left post. Głodne Ghule's Szymon Pilipiec managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zbyszek Wojtyna in the 43 minute of the game. In the 46th minute Głodne Ghule were awarded a corner. Marco Donadel went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Głodne Ghule's corner Marco Donadel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gigi Buffon quite easily take care of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erik Exposito to strike the kick off in the second half. Głodne Ghule's Maciej Mielcarz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcin Najman in the 59th minute of play. In the 62ndth minute of the game Jan Pająk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Głodne Ghule's Maciej Mielcarz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Marcin Najman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maciej Mielcarz was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Głodne Ghule's Szymon Pilipiec got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, Głodne Ghule was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szymon Pilipiec to maneuver through the defense. Gigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Exposito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robertas Lewandowski in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maciej Mielcarz saved Głodne Ghule from getting behind. Bogdan Rakovytsja hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 74 played minutes, U21 Poland's Phillip Piątek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maciej Mielcarz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in U21 Poland reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Cwojdak in the 75th minute of play forced Głodne Ghule's goalkeeper Maciej Mielcarz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to U21 Poland getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Iwan Rzentkowski hit a great ball. Gigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Donadel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wiktor Hodyl hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Maciej Mielcarz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robertas Lewandowski in the 86th minute of the match. After 90 minutes, Bartosz Sliško mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Głodne Ghule and the U21 Poland players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Głodne Ghule getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Bartosz Sliško hit a great ball. Bogdan Rakovytsja kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, U21 Poland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phillip Piątek to maneuver through the defense. U21 Poland walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
