In the 17th minute, Vykans Vikingar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cássio de Alcântara fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Vykans Vikingar's Andreas Lindqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Vykans Vikingar from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Mutumba in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oséas Albuquerque saved Jukatriz from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Cerezuela came free, but Andreas Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséas Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Mutumba in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Patricio Cerezuela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Lindqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th match minute, Jukatriz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Airpoel to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeca do Valle got free with Andreas Lindqvist in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Faas Wilkes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Mutumba to strike the kick off in the second half. Martin Mutumba came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Oséas Albuquerque could save by the left post. With a little luck, Jukatriz's Oséas Albuquerque got control of the ball when Martin Mutumba tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 56 played minutes Jukatriz got a freekick which was hit by Zeca do Valle. A collision led to Jukatriz getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Zeca do Valle hit a great ball. Oséas Albuquerque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Hermansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio de Alcântara came free, but Andreas Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséas Albuquerque made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdi Revis in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Martin Mutumba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oséas Albuquerque was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. After having played for 66 minutes, Arif Ozan Sureha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oséas Albuquerque came out and tried to block the shot, but Martin Mutumba slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Cerezuela came free, but Andreas Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Van Lint's late challenge caught a Jukatriz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eric Van Lint helped the player get up and apologised. Eric Van Lint hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match.
