Nichlas Vesterdahl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otto Tenno in the 3rd minute. Randers A.F.C.'s Nichlas Vesterdahl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Randers A.F.C. from getting a goal against them. Fulgencio Eyague didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rene Rostholm went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in AC LeX Luthor's zone, Børge Buhr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulgencio Eyague came out of the goal and Børge Buhr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Randers A.F.C.'s Nichlas Vesterdahl got control of the ball when Zeledon Savion tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Errando came free, but Nichlas Vesterdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nichlas Vesterdahl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Errando in the 16th minute. Randers A.F.C.'s Nichlas Vesterdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Errando in the 20th minute of play. Zeledon Savion who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Nichlas Vesterdahl when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Otto Tenno got free with Nichlas Vesterdahl in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radim Gola in the 33rd minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Fulgencio Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fulgencio Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Rostholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nichlas Vesterdahl made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Romeo Sanduru sent off a good shot on target. Børge Buhr recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvaro Errando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Alvaro Errando came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the AC LeX Luthor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Errando couldn't finish the play. AC LeX Luthor made a substitution. Peep Pronk replaced Alvaro Errando. Matias Porfiro struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Nichlas Vesterdahl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC LeX Luthor. Randers A.F.C. made a substitution. Bruno Steenbeck replaced Rene Rostholm. AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save AC LeX Luthor from getting a goal against them. After having played for 86 minutes, Bruno Steenbeck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Randers A.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Steenbeck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Léo Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle went the supporters of Randers A.F.C. were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant AC LeX Luthor side.
