The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Aquiles Urtsin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milosz Gdaniec. Majachun's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aquiles Urtsin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Darwin Núñez scored 0-2 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Milosz Gdaniec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Merengue FC fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Merengue FC's Aquiles Urtsin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 13th minute, Ediberto Sampaio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Milosz Gdaniec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Aquiles Urtsin scored 0-5 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Milosz Gdaniec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 19 minutes, Aquiles Urtsin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merengue FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Urtsin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 23 minutes, Aquiles Urtsin made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Majachun's Milosz Gdaniec tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Frances in the 31st minute of play forced Majachun's goalkeeper Milosz Gdaniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milosz Gdaniec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Urtsin in the 33rd minute of play. If Cezary Maziarski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ediberto Sampaio in the 36th minute of play forced Majachun's goalkeeper Milosz Gdaniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milosz Gdaniec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darwin Núñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Majachun got a freekick which was hit by Damian Marut. 43 minutes into the match, Aquiles Urtsin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milosz Gdaniec. Milosz Gdaniec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.
The wind increased when Cezary Maziarski made the kick off in the second half. The corner led Merengue FC's Ismael Frances to a score. 0-9 in the 53rd minute. After 62 minutes Majachun's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ediberto Sampaio who took care of the corner kick. 65 minutes into the match, Aquiles Urtsin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milosz Gdaniec. In the 85th minute, Aquiles Urtsin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Merengue FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-16. Milosz Gdaniec was a little too slow when Aquiles Urtsin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-17. After having played for 93 minutes, Darwin Núñez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merengue FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darwin Núñez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Majachun's zone, Ediberto Sampaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milosz Gdaniec came out of the goal and Ediberto Sampaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Wlodzimierz Hodyl fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Majachun's protests and gave Wlodzimierz Hodyl a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Majachun's Wlodzimierz Hodyl got a free kick in the 97th minute. The Majachun fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Merengue FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
