PICCOLE PESTI's Ettore Varglien got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 16 minutes PICCOLE PESTI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francesco Bevilacqua who took care of the corner kick. Sconvols United's Francesco Bevilacqua was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anthony Sacchi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Anthony Sacchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Anelli in the 31st minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Biagio Tarantini in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PICCOLE PESTI's Jude Van Landschoot. Ettore Varglien might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvaro Marchesani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ettore Varglien ran back to his position shaking his head. Alvaro Marchesani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Varglien, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Sconvols United's goal looked a bit too open when Fortunato Brini came free, but Alvaro Marchesani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
