Milisav Kovše made in the 22nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Leandro Paredes. Eliseo Mano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Frutos Mallo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kostja Vertot came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Курск ФК's Andrey Denisov. But to his dismay, Andrey Denisov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Andrey Denisov took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kostja Vertot. Kostja Vertot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, Fajteri's goal looked a bit too open when Andrey Denisov came free, but Kostja Vertot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Курск ФК's Rasul Sysoev managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Milisav Kovše in the 38 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Mano in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frutos Mallo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Курск ФК's Filimon Tarasov quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Milisav Kovše, made in the 43rd minute of the game. Frutos Mallo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mano in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrey Denisov made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrey Denisov in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kostja Vertot saved Fajteri from getting behind. Andrey Denisov might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kostja Vertot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrey Denisov ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 82nd minute Roman Burakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostja Vertot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
