Antoni Poremba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kutlu Işıker, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 23 minutes into the match, FC POLMOTOR TCZEW's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Niemojewski came free, but Piotr Michna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hieronim Michna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hieronim Michna might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antoni Poremba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hieronim Michna ran back to his position shaking his head. Antoni Poremba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Hieronim Michna came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the FC POLMOTOR TCZEW fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hieronim Michna couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Varsovia's zone, Hieronim Michna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antoni Poremba came out of the goal and Hieronim Michna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Stefan Niemojewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. It was a well-played corner which Micael Oliveira managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 66th minute Stefan Niemojewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Michna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Niemojewski in the 80th minute of play forced FC POLMOTOR TCZEW's goalkeeper Piotr Michna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoni Poremba made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Hieronim Michna sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute Stefan Niemojewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Michna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Varsovia's Antoni Poremba got control of the ball when Hieronim Michna tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC POLMOTOR TCZEW were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Varsovia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 武卫庭 took the corner. The corner led FC POLMOTOR TCZEW's 武卫庭 to fire away a dangerous shot which Antoni Poremba despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
