In the 12thth minute of the game Uwe-Jens Röttger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galand FC's Paavali Paatelainen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Heinz-Gerd Bonin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teppo Kallioniemi in the 15th minute of play. In the 20th minute Matti Erkiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paavali Paatelainen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Galand FC's Fabricio Quintan in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's goalie prevented a goal. Uwe-Jens Röttger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paavali Paatelainen having to make a save. If Fabricio Quintan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Uwe-Jens Röttger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Uwe-Jens Röttger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uwe-Jens Röttger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Paavali Paatelainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Uwe-Jens Röttger managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's supporters rose to their feet, but Uwe-Jens Röttger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paavali Paatelainen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uwe-Jens Röttger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paavali Paatelainen having to make a save. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabricio Quintan to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theo Ljucovic in the 50th minute of play forced Galand FC's goalkeeper Paavali Paatelainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galand FC's goalkeeper Paavali Paatelainen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uwe-Jens Röttger in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paavali Paatelainen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Veikko Kärki hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. But to his dismay, Theo Ljucovic quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 91 minutes into the match, Galand FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Willmann came free, but Paavali Paatelainen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Willmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Paavali Paatelainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz fans cheered their team off the field, for while Galand FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
