Cássio Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Bocu in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianni Balla in the 27th minute of play forced Karhulan Veikot's goalkeeper Cássio Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cássio Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Bocu in the 29th minute of the match. Pavlos Konstantakakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janne Töpperwien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Janne Töpperwien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Konstantakakis having to interfere. Karhulan Veikot's Cássio Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Bocu in the 40th minute of play. Cássio Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinu Bocu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's goal looked a bit too open when Gianni Balla came free, but Cássio Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 played minutes Hamburg Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Leandros Hölsch. Janne Töpperwien could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Pavlos Konstantakakis made a huge save. After the first half Hamburg Fighters were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Janne Töpperwien stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Gianni Balla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dinu Bocu in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cássio Ramos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the Hamburg Fighters defense, Janne Töpperwien kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavlos Konstantakakis. Janne Töpperwien took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pavlos Konstantakakis. Pavlos Konstantakakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 66 played minutes Karhulan Veikot got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Somervuori. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Bocu in the 67th minute of play forced Karhulan Veikot's goalkeeper Cássio Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Karhulan Veikot's Cássio Ramos got control of the ball when Brandon Rick tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Janne Töpperwien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinu Bocu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Cássio Ramos made a huge save. Gianluca Balla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Cássio Ramos made a huge save.
