Gofar Pohan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Joel Bertol made a huge save. If Rafet Nesip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kranji Crunchy's zone, Lucas Eger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aras Sophian came out of the goal and Lucas Eger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafet Nesip's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aras Sophian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kranji Crunchy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cai Jun Wei was slow to take the kick. During this time JEMBer UTara's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Kranji Crunchy's goalie and right to Ren Dang. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Kranji Crunchy's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Battal Seyyit Torcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. İlyas Seçkiner hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Gofar Pohan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Joel Bertol made a huge save. İlyas Seçkiner made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kranji Crunchy's Muammer Oytun. Gofar Pohan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 34th minute, Rafet Nesip ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aras Sophian was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gofar Pohan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Bertol having to interfere. Aras Sophian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafet Nesip in the 41st minute of play. Aras Sophian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafet Nesip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Kranji Crunchy's Jão Cancelo got a free kick in the 47th minute. The Kranji Crunchy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. JEMBer UTara were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafet Nesip stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, JEMBer UTara's goal looked a bit too open when Gofar Pohan came free, but Joel Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rafet Nesip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aras Sophian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafet Nesip in the 59th minute of the match. Aras Sophian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafet Nesip went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Aras Sophian was a little too slow when Rafet Nesip got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-3. In the 73rd minute Gofar Pohan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Bertol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafet Nesip's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aras Sophian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kranji Crunchy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cai Jun Wei was slow to take the kick. During this time JEMBer UTara's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Cai Jun Wei got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aras Sophian quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 84th match minute, JEMBer UTara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mukti Sugandi to maneuver through the defense. After 86th play minutes Gofar Pohan shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Joel Bertol and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper Aras Sophian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Gofar Pohan came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Kranji Crunchy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gofar Pohan couldn't finish the play. JEMBer UTara's Yuan Peng Kun was substituted for Rafet Nesip. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. JEMBer UTara walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
