Manchester United's Ali Artuner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Kennedy in the 13th minute of play. When Manchester United's Daniz Keng in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chard United's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Chard United's goal looked a bit too open when Bryan Ramachandran came free, but Santos Santio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match, Azam Chew got a very nice opportunity to score, but Santos Santio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Manchester United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniz Keng in the 32nd minute. If Virgilio Kennedy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abayhan Payidar hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lamar Arthur was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Virgilio Kennedy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Artuner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Artuner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 孙骋磊 in the 54th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chard United's zone, Azam Chew stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santos Santio came out of the goal and Azam Chew tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute Azam Chew shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Santio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Santio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bryan Ramachandran's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. When Manchester United's Alam Lee in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chard United's goalie prevented a goal. Santos Santio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniz Keng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Afiq Nair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Santos Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94thth minute of the game Lamar Arthur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester United's Ali Artuner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ali Artuner acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from 孙骋磊. Despite being the better team, Chard United failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
