Matías de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roque Bembe kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Abreu in the 23rd minute of play forced Queluzito's goalkeeper Valério Donatello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Queluzito defense, Adrianinho Ramos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valério Donatello. The Queluzito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valério Donatello should have stopped the shot. Maicon Abreu took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valério Donatello. Valério Donatello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 38 minutes into the game, Adrianinho Ramos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Valério Donatello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Moreno in the 46th minute of play forced Red Dragon FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Adilson de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

With a little luck, Queluzito's Valério Donatello got control of the ball when Thiago Silvan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adilson de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías de Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The supporters of Red Dragon FC - DMZ booed when Queluzito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clóvis Quirino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Red Dragon FC - DMZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
