Alberto Spencer in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oséias Fantini, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 20th minute, Zé Augusto Secco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Zé Augusto Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. ARAUCARIA FC's Lukács Madaras got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute Raphael Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséias Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Oséias Fantini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Spencer, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Isaio Bertiz hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Jardel Corrêa's late challenge caught a ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Thanks to some nice moves Amador Weather could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Egídio Salgado however easily saved by the left post.
