Abílio Passoss short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Marco Pedriza to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Galnares in the 20th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 09's goalkeeper Ivo Guterres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SC Freiburg 09 getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Serafim Garcez hit a great ball. Abílio Passos took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Pedriza. Marco Pedriza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ivo Guterres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Galnares in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 09's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Galnares came free, but Ivo Guterres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caetano Galnares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivo Guterres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute RACIN DE CHAWEN were awarded a corner. Wellington Flores went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 36th match minute, RACIN DE CHAWEN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roldán Vega to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th match minute, SC Freiburg 09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caio Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. SC Freiburg 09's Abílio Passos came free and shot a quick shot against goal 40 minutes in the game, fortunately Marco Pedriza had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After 47 minutes, Roldán Vega mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RACIN DE CHAWEN and the SC Freiburg 09 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

RACIN DE CHAWEN's Marco Pedriza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abílio Passos in the 79th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, RACIN DE CHAWEN's goal looked a bit too open when Abílio Passos came free, but Marco Pedriza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RACIN DE CHAWEN's Marco Pedriza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abílio Passos in the 83rd minute of play. After 84 played minutes RACIN DE CHAWEN got a freekick which was hit by Roldán Vega. After 87 minutes of play, SC Freiburg 09's Raul Leal made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Pedriza was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 91st minute, Roldán Vega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasco Brás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SC Freiburg 09 had played much better football throughout.
