After some careless play in the Barrikako Herensugeak F.C defense, Joaquim Matos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erik Thorstvedt. The Barrikako Herensugeak F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erik Thorstvedt should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Melo came free, but Erik Thorstvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lofi Girl Portimao's Afonso Mourato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Lofi Girl Portimao from getting a goal against them. Afonso Mourato made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Michel Hervé sent off a good shot on target. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Barrikako Herensugeak F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lofi Girl Portimao were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jokin Bernal to make the kick off. Erik Thorstvedt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Melo in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Hervé in the 53rd minute of play forced Lofi Girl Portimao's goalkeeper Afonso Mourato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Barrikako Herensugeak F.C getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Vitor Cambero hit a great ball. Lofi Girl Portimao made a substitution. Januário Sá replaced Israel Brás. The audience was convinced that Joaquim Matos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erik Thorstvedt was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Afonso Mourato came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Michel Hervé. But to his dismay, Michel Hervé quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 85 minutes into the match, Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's goalkeeper Erik Thorstvedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Melo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Hervé in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afonso Mourato saved Lofi Girl Portimao from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Pepe Galnares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Etxahun Olmos kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
