Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Angelo Prior successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fashions del Averno's Gianluca Kán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Blomqvist in the 9th minute of play. If Christoffer Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Leonel Cantera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute of the match Hernan Laurendi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelo Prior skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, MILLONARIOS FC's Angelo Prior got control of the ball when Marcelo Chuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Baladi Ribalta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MILLONARIOS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fashions del Averno the free kick. Baladi Ribalta kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Marcelo Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Prior saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcelo Chuan took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Prior. Angelo Prior dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Marcelo Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 44th match minute, MILLONARIOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heitor Leys to maneuver through the defense. Heitor Leys kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Angelo Prior stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Chuan's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christoffer Blomqvist got free with Gianluca Kán in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gianluca Kán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kepa Barajo in the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Fashions del Averno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konstanty Pilarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. MILLONARIOS FC made a substitution. Juan Corredor replaced Christoffer Blomqvist. A collision led to Fashions del Averno getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Konstanty Pilarski hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svenn Matzke in the 77th minute of play forced Fashions del Averno's goalkeeper Gianluca Kán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Prior showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Chuan in the 78th minute of the match. MILLONARIOS FC's Angelo Prior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Chuan in the 81st minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Roberto Quicedo in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fashions del Averno's Raul Agu. After some careless play in the MILLONARIOS FC defense, Marcelo Chuan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Prior. The MILLONARIOS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Prior should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Roberto Quicedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Ntinos Trachanas in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MILLONARIOS FC's Roberto Quicedo.
