The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carolo Remir showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Osmar de Moraes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Carolo Remir made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Goiás Esporte Clube's zone, Gabriel Mustea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natanael Paraense came out of the goal and Gabriel Mustea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giovanni da Rocha during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Natanael Paraense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the match, Goiás Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when David Paiva came free, but Natanael Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natanael Paraense was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but David Paiva showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 72 minute of play. Natanael Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elano Severo in the 77th minute of the match. Carolo Remir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Eterno Antagonista F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
