Rafael Dallris came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by TRAKINAS FC's Oswaldo Matos. But to his dismay, Oswaldo Matos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. TRAKINAS FC's Luís Guilherme Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save TRAKINAS FC from getting a goal against them. Luís Guilherme Marques made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Jerry Dejonckheere sent off a good shot on target. Léo Trancoso hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Jaanek Youngblood's late challenge caught a TRAKINAS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaanek Youngblood helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Mixto Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaanek Youngblood to maneuver through the defense. After 18 minutes Mixto Esporte Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Régis Guimarães who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Régis Guimarães almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mixto Esporte Clube's Rafael Dallris did a great save. In the 19th minute, Luís Gustavo Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, TRAKINAS FC's Luís Guilherme Marques got control of the ball when Clemente Peixoto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute, Oswaldo Matos made a precise shot to the right of Rafael Dallris. Mixto Esporte Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 27 minutes, Costin Colin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mixto Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Costin Colin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Dallris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oswaldo Matos in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Jerry Dejonckheere left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mixto Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a rather tough play, TRAKINAS FC's Oswaldo Matos got a free kick in the 40th minute. After 45 minutes, Nelson Paraíba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TRAKINAS FC and the Mixto Esporte Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nelson Paraíba hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. TRAKINAS FC's Luís Guilherme Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save TRAKINAS FC from getting a goal against them. When David Neiva fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TRAKINAS FC's protests and gave David Neiva a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TRAKINAS FC! After the first half TRAKINAS FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oswaldo Matos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oswaldo Matos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Dallris having to make a save. The referee gave David Neiva a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to TRAKINAS FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. David Neiva hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in TRAKINAS FC's zone, Arlindo Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Guilherme Marques came out of the goal and Arlindo Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costin Colin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Guilherme Marques having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Reinaldo Alagoano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oswaldo Matos in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rafael Dallris, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 79 minutes, Oswaldo Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TRAKINAS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oswaldo Matos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 86 in the game by Oswaldo Matos from a close distance when the talented Rafael Dallris managed to make a qualified save. Mixto Esporte Clube's players were relieved. A collision led to TRAKINAS FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Oswaldo Matos hit a great ball. Costin Colin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
