Jeffry Latuperisa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jean Carl Pagnier in the 27th minute. In the 33rd minute Isidro Calvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeffry Latuperisa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anak Opat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Gizon in the 37th minute of the match. Anak Opat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Gizon in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to Ante Todo Mucha Calma getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ante Todo Mucha Calma's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paulo Uxio ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Paulo Uxio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jeffry Latuperisa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
