Marian Adamski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emanuel Aurre's late challenge caught a Desfachatados F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Aurre helped the player get up and apologised. Emanuel Aurre kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Madeo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The supporters of Desfachatados F.C. booed when Abuba Akotonon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Sanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Conrado Txurio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marian Adamski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Tristan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cecilio Tristan to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Desfachatados F.C. getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Madeo in the 59th minute of play forced Abuba Akotonon FC's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abuba Akotonon FC were furious when Robt Paulet was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Abuba Akotonon FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Desfachatados F.C.:s goal. Fernando Madeo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 66th minute Clemente Orain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abuba Akotonon FC's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Orain in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute Abuba Akotonon FC were awarded a corner. Genaro Elivareo went to the cornerflag to take it. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Tristan couldn't finish the play. Türker Tuğra kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Desfachatados F.C.'s zone, Emiliano Enol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marian Adamski came out of the goal and Emiliano Enol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marian Adamski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vânderson Barbosa in the 87th minute of play. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Chinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Abuba Akotonon FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 朱凌松 was slow to take the kick. During this time Desfachatados F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Fernando Madeo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 91st match minute, Desfachatados F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Madeo to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Enol got free with Marian Adamski in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emiliano Enol scored 1-4 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marian Adamski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abuba Akotonon FC's Ramón Garay was substituted for Vânderson Barbosa. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Abuba Akotonon FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
