The wind increased when Marcelo Goito made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, TALLERES's Jose Katia got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After 96 played minutes, TALLERES's Alvaro Lop shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maximo Godoy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TALLERES reached it. Chants of New Pi echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as TALLERES had held the ball for most of the match.
