In the 16th minute, Nejat Alp Talayhan made a precise shot to the right of Nofre Amorebieta. Ezber Bozan FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ezber Bozan FK's zone, Nejat Alp Talayhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nofre Amorebieta came out of the goal and Nejat Alp Talayhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nofre Amorebieta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Özer Geçer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 21 minute of play. Nejat Alp Talayhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nofre Amorebieta having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Alvise Nasuti notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Northern Lights's Başaran Ötüken. Başaran Ötüken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenik de Vos in the 32nd minute of play forced Northern Lights's goalkeeper Başaran Ötüken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Domenik de Vos notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Northern Lights's Başaran Ötüken. Başaran Ötüken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Başaran Ötüken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvise Nasuti, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Ezber Bozan FK were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvise Nasuti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ezber Bozan FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elberg Monte in the 61st minute. The corner led Ezber Bozan FK's Elberg Monte to fire away a dangerous shot which Başaran Ötüken despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alvise Nasuti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Başaran Ötüken having to make a save. Başaran Ötüken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvise Nasuti in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ezber Bozan FK's goalkeeper Nofre Amorebieta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nofre Amorebieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sezen Hidayet, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 74th minute of the match Ezber Bozan FK got a corner. Northern Lights's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elberg Monte ran over to the corner to take the kick. Domenik de Vos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Başaran Ötüken made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Savaşer Karar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Ezber Bozan FK's Alvise Nasuti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Başaran Ötüken narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ezber Bozan FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
