Montesacro Utd's Biagio Cera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Mark in the 9th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Donato Di Sipio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Biagio Cera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurito Boselli in the 14th minute of play forced Talenti Roma Calcio's goalkeeper Christophe Rau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maurito Boselli got free with Christophe Rau in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, Montesacro Utd's Maurito Boselli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christophe Rau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Montesacro Utd's zone, Aurelio Piretti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Biagio Cera came out of the goal and Aurelio Piretti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Montesacro Utd getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Damiano Zangari hit a great ball. Christophe Rau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurito Boselli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amerigo Pompilio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christophe Rau having to make a save.

The wind increased when Maurito Boselli made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Maurito Boselli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Rau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Biagio Cera made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Jeremias Mark sent off a good shot on target. Aurelio Piretti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Biagio Cera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donato Di Sipio kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Amerigo Pompilio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christophe Rau having to make a save. Montesacro Utd made a substitution. Cosimo Iannucci replaced Alex Moschetta. Maurito Boselli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christophe Rau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Christophe Rau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurito Boselli, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurito Boselli in the 80th minute of play forced Talenti Roma Calcio's goalkeeper Christophe Rau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
