In the 40th play minute Victor Jensen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Doğukan Artan. 3-0. Gustav Bianca charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustav Bianca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hanjo Cyrkel to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hanjo Cyrkel in the 55th minute of play forced Jungle Circus's goalkeeper Doğukan Artan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Borussia Ostermoordorf were awarded a corner. Antônio Lopes went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Simon Buhrmann got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Doğukan Artan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 59 minutes into the match, Jungle Circus's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Jensen came free, but Doğukan Artan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Burkhard Kofler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Borussia Ostermoordorf getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Xu Jing Xun hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Borussia Ostermoordorf fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jungle Circus had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
