Kåre Uter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Firman having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radomil Mietus got free with Arsenio Cordeal in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute Valentin Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Plebeyos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Vergaray to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, Club Sportivo Quilmes's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Vergaray came free, but Pastor Firman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Telo in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match, Sebastian Verón tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arsenio Cordeal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 32nd minute of the match, Arnold Ponk tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arsenio Cordeal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arsenio Cordeal was a little too slow when Arnold Ponk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. Plebeyos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silverio Chuan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Aaden Hutton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radomil Mietus made a kick off. The supporters of Club Sportivo Quilmes booed when Plebeyos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Tuzzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentin Vergaray could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Pastor Firman made a huge save. 68 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Mietus came free, but Arsenio Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Sportivo Quilmes's David Oihan was substituted for Radomil Mietus. Waldemar Przybylo made a great header on Club Sportivo Quilmes's corner, it was just that Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal managed to reach the ball for a save. Arsenio Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnold Ponk, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The audience was convinced that Valentin Vergaray's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pastor Firman was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 84th match minute, Club Sportivo Quilmes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Oihan to maneuver through the defense. Plebeyos made a substitution.
