In the 12th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Jonasson to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Sebastian Käller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Käller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armindo Salgado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Sebastian Käller took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armindo Salgado. Armindo Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Kind of Blue's Anastasios Pallini was substituted for Joel Gaxan. A collision led to Kind of Blue getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Håkan Mild hit a great ball. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Käller in the 27th minute of play. The corner led Kind of Blue's Anastasios Pallini to fire away a dangerous shot which Armindo Salgado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wilhelm Galle made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Luís Braga sent off a good shot on target. Armindo Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Käller in the 35th minute of play. Sebastian Käller took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armindo Salgado. Armindo Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 40 minutes in the game Mattias Jonasson did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gervásio Severiano. Armindo Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Käller in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of VB-Team booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhuo Ke Le didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Käller to make the kick off. The Kind of Blue fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sebastian Käller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute Sebastian Käller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Sebastian Käller reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Armindo Salgado. The goal made the score 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Käller in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armindo Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zhuo Ke Le's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Armindo Salgado firmly grabbed it by the left post. 69 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Käller came free, but Armindo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armindo Salgado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Käller's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Kind of Blue's Jonny Lagerberg was substituted for Anastasios Pallini. Kind of Blue's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joacim Hansson in the 75th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Mattias Jonasson in the 84th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kind of Blue's Epifanio Aznar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Caeiro during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th minute, Sebastian Käller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kind of Blue fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The Kind of Blue players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
