The audience was convinced that Silviu Novac's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magne Gunnarsson was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goal looked a bit too open when Östen Hedin came free, but Magne Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Ulf Nordlander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. DIF LEEDS BK's Östen Hedin got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 34th minute of play forced DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute of the match Rönnöfors FF got a corner. DIF LEEDS BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per Stenberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rönnöfors FF's Per Stenberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Brazilio Butt in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Magne Gunnarsson made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Silviu Novac sent off a good shot on target. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanek Bobrowski in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silviu Novac in the 45th minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silviu Novac was the one to do the kick off. Brazilio Butt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Tunström in the 53rd minute of play. Magne Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Östen Hedin, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 59 played minutes DIF LEEDS BK got a freekick which was hit by Mei Jie Feng. Brazilio Butt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Fagerberg in the 60th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Ulf Nordlander in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rönnöfors FF's Ivar Häll. In the 64th match minute, DIF LEEDS BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Hedin to maneuver through the defense. Per Tunström in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Brazilio Butt, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Magne Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulf Nordlander in the 67th minute of play. Brazilio Butt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Fagerberg in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute of the match, Olimpiu Mirciulescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Brazilio Butt was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Novac in the 75th minute of play. Magne Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanek Bobrowski in the 76th minute of play. Per Tunström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Brazilio Butt made a huge save. In the 86th minute, Henry Fagerberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brazilio Butt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Magne Gunnarsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Villiam Alströmmer went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.
