Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rachid Ziani took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Ferris's Chadli Lacen got a free kick in the 6th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ferris's zone, Cuma Cansefa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hocine Meriem came out of the goal and Cuma Cansefa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mahmut Danış sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the game, Ferris's El Lacen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aytaç Kalender made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Aytaç Kalender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulhamid Zafour, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Hocine Meriem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mahmut Danış's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Rachid Ziani kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Charlotte Hornets's Cuma Cansefa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hocine Meriem made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 36th play minutes Cuma Cansefa shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Hocine Meriem and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 46th minute of the match Yavuz Mert shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hocine Meriem showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Mahmut Danış made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mahmut Danış got free with Hocine Meriem in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Charlotte Hornets's goal looked a bit too open when Ferhat Asma came free, but Aytaç Kalender reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hocine Meriem was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Cuma Cansefa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cuma Cansefa really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Hocine Meriem stood somewhat misplaced when Mahmut Danış came free in front of goal and shot 2-4 to the left of him in the 61 minute. The long shot by Kazım Korgan in the 66th minute really tested Hocine Meriem's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Ferris getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Chadli Lacen hit a great ball. If Mahmut Danış had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Cuma Cansefa took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Hocine Meriem to make any attempt to save it. In the 77th match minute, Charlotte Hornets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Onuralp Cansoy to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute Rachid Ziani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aytaç Kalender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hocine Meriem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahmut Danış in the 85th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Charlotte Hornets got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Orhan Nazır. 89 minutes into the game, Rachid Ziani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. Aytaç Kalender was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Charlotte Hornets's Cuma Cansefa got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Charlotte Hornets eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
