An unexpected shot in the 2nd minute by Codrin Cigu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Avacariței in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toader Melentie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Robert Avacariței's late challenge caught a Implant de Ego ™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Avacariței helped the player get up and apologised. Ilie Lupu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iacob Florea's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Huțupan came free, but Ilie Lupu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Pompiliu Răuţă was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Implant de Ego ™ the free kick. In the 13th match minute, Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pompiliu Răuţă to maneuver through the defense. Vali Encea kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM defense, Iacob Florea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilie Lupu. The Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilie Lupu should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Pompiliu Huțupan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Robert Avacariței fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Vali Encea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Toader Melentie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th play minute Robert Avacariței came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Toader Melentie. 1-1. Șerban Cârlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ilie Lupu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Șerban Cârlan ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Șerban Cârlan in the 43rd minute of play forced Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's goalkeeper Ilie Lupu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Codrin Cigu hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Pompiliu Huțupan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Implant de Ego ™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Pompiliu Huțupan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilie Lupu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Pompiliu Huțupan came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Implant de Ego ™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pompiliu Huțupan couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Basarab Crăiță kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Dan Iacobescu, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 64th minute, Implant de Ego ™'s Pompiliu Huțupan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ilie Lupu. Ilie Lupu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The Implant de Ego ™ fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Implant de Ego ™'s Pompiliu Huțupan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's Codrin Cigu got a free kick in the 84th minute. Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's Ilie Lupu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pompiliu Huțupan in the 87th minute of play. Petru Negulici's late challenge caught a Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Petru Negulici helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fc Metalu Bogdan Voda MM booed when Implant de Ego ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petru Negulici didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Vali Encea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Toader Melentie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Implant de Ego ™'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
