Black Rose 1979's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateus Campos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 15 minutes of play, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Mateus Campos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celedonio Iraitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celedonio Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Veríssimo in the 22nd minute of play. Celedonio Iraitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teófilo Pádua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teófilo Pádua scored 0-4 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celedonio Iraitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Celedonio Iraitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teófilo Pádua went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the match, Alexandre Veríssimo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celedonio Iraitz. Black Rose 1979's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Veríssimo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. When Alexandrino Severiano came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandrino Severiano couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Black Rose 1979 booed when CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alcides Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
