A collision led to Santa Fe getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Narciso Jacob hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yu Peng Chang in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Diaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Yu Peng Chang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Diaz was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. In the 31st minute, Santa Fe's Toro Murillo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernard Fedosz. Bernard Fedosz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 34th minute, Yu Peng Chang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernard Fedosz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toro Murillo in the 35th minute of play. Santa Fe were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Beto Martini MZ 20 years's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roque Roso took the corner. Venancio Bertol kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Joel Diaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jochen Gijselinx in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Joel Diaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yu Peng Chang, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Bernard Fedosz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toro Murillo in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Yu Peng Chang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's supporters rose to their feet, but Yu Peng Chang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Diaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Martini hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Santa Fe's Joel Diaz got control of the ball when Feyyaz Baştuğ tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Venancio Bertol came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Santa Fe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Venancio Bertol couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Roque Roso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute Toro Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Fedosz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 97 played minutes Beto Martini MZ 20 years got a freekick which was hit by Jochen Gijselinx. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Santa Fe had won after a very even match.
