Spectators: 440 (Terracing: 331, Seating: 101, VIP seats: 8) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Petru Sabău took the kick off in the first half of the match. Costică Alb hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes of play, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cosmin Bobeica made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horia Bota was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the game, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cosmin Bobeica nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Horia Bota made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 22nd minute Cornel Mihai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horia Bota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tudor Hobjilă hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Frank Miner got a free kick in the 34th minute. Mihnea Aristide kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petru Sabău in the 39th minute of play forced Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Aurelian Vârlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Akim Miner charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Akim Miner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 43 played minutes Minerul Baita -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Akim Miner. Eugen Isăcescu got in the 46th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Aurelian Vârlan handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Aurelian Vârlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petru Sabău, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cosmin Bobeica to make the kick off. Cornel Mihai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Muget's Bogdan Gârneață got a free kick in the 55th minute. Cosmin Bobeica was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Eugen Isăcescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Minerul Baita -MM- made a substitution. Corneliu Nae replaced Gică Aldulescu. After 74 played minutes Minerul Baita -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Tudor Hobjilă. The supporters of Muget booed when Minerul Baita -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolae Mandache didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pompiliu Găină during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Muget's Pompiliu Găină got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 82 played minutes Minerul Baita -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Grozuță. In the 84th match minute, Minerul Baita -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosmin Bobeica to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute of the match Liviu Carabulea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurelian Vârlan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nicolae Mandache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabian Grozuță's late challenge caught a Muget's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Grozuță helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th match minute, Minerul Baita -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Grozuță to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petru Sabău in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelian Vârlan saved Minerul Baita -MM- from getting behind.
