Arif Burak Saygur made in the 18th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Beyhan Oğuztüzün. The Bornova fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Bornova's Kamil Momodu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bubu Denat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute of the match, Gonzalo Boye tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tarık İnanç saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Bornova's Tarık İnanç got control of the ball when Bubu Denat tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute, Beyhan Oğuztüzün hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bubu Denat made a kick off. With a little luck, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Alejandro Verdu got control of the ball when Fernando Dracena tried to sneak it across the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Bornova's goal looked a bit too open when Bubu Denat came free, but Tarık İnanç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Ludovít Reis got a free kick in the 60th minute. Alejandro Verdu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamil Momodu, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Bubu Denat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bornova's Tarık İnanç was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gică Popescu hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bornova booed when F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gică Popescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Michal Setara threw the ball into play from the sideline. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Federico Zanetti quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. F.C. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bubu Denat in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tarık İnanç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Michal Setara kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA made a substitution. Lluis Rivas replaced Marino Ramos. In the 92nd match minute, Bornova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Setara to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Gică Popescu hit a great ball. 99 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goal looked a bit too open when Kamil Momodu came free, but Alejandro Verdu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bornova for a fine match.
