The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ali Güralp Tolunay charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ali Güralp Tolunay hit a great ball. Roman Txeru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevat Birsel in the 8th minute of the match. When Cevat Birsel came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Senator S.A.K fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cevat Birsel couldn't finish the play. If Cevat Birsel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Cabezon in the 20th minute of play forced Senator S.A.K's goalkeeper Cevher Demirer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aytekin Köksan made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Aguila Romana's Luciano Rameriz. After having played for 23 minutes, Cevat Birsel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Senator S.A.K's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cevat Birsel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aytekin Köksan kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Cevher Demirer made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Jardel Cabezon sent off a good shot on target. 28 minutes into the game, Jardel Cabezon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cevher Demirer. Jardel Cabezon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jardel Cabezon in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cevher Demirer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute of the match Aguila Romana got a corner. Senator S.A.K's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcin Prosowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Gencal Beren fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Senator S.A.K's protests and gave Gencal Beren a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Senator S.A.K got a freekick which was hit by Gencal Beren. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Ramon Platon might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cevher Demirer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramon Platon ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th minute of the game Aytekin Köksan made a throw-in which Ali Güralp Tolunay played forward. Cevat Birsel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roman Txeru having to make a save. Roman Txeru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevat Birsel in the 70th minute of the match. Ali Güralp Tolunay got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The Aguila Romana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Roman Txeru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cevat Birsel in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Senator S.A.K's goal looked a bit too open when Jardel Cabezon came free, but Cevher Demirer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jardel Cabezon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aguila Romana's Americo Dorio was substituted for Jardel Cabezon. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Americo Dorio sped through Senator S.A.K's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cevher Demirer. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Senator S.A.K's goalkeeper Cevher Demirer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Senator S.A.K's Cevher Demirer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Lander in the 91st minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Aguila Romana fully deserved thier win.
