Geronimo Vincent kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, TIBURON F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Pierrot Uyttebroeck came free, but Emanuel Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Lauren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paco Sancho in the 9th minute of the match. Emanuel Ceandro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Graziano in the 11th minute. Emanuel Ceandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierrot Uyttebroeck in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arias Baltanas in the 18th minute of play forced Deportivo Balvanera's goalkeeper Omar Lauren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Emanuel Ceandro managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Deportivo Balvanera's Cristiano Graziano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The throw-in from Paco Sancho in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Deportivo Balvanera's Till Slesinski. Emanuel Ceandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arí Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute of the match Deportivo Balvanera got a corner. TIBURON F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eusebio Ecija ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristiano Graziano got free with Emanuel Ceandro in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arias Baltanas in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Omar Lauren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pierrot Uyttebroeck's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Emanuel Ceandro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Omar Lauren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arias Baltanas in the 38th minute of the match. A collision led to TIBURON F.C getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Carlos Saúl Menem hit a great ball. With 44 minutes on the clock, Carlos Saúl Menem commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 43 minutes into the game, one of TIBURON F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 45 minutes, Deportivo Balvanera's Cristiano Graziano got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Emanuel Ceandro.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Peres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paco Sancho in the 52nd minute of play forced Deportivo Balvanera's goalkeeper Omar Lauren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Balvanera's Omar Lauren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Peres in the 54th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryszard Bierfass got free with Omar Lauren in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of TIBURON F.C booed when Deportivo Balvanera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Ecija didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes Deportivo Balvanera got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Ecija. Paco Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omar Lauren having to make a save. In the 67th minute Natalio Martino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Ceandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Deportivo Balvanera's Cristiano Graziano in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TIBURON F.C's goalie prevented a goal. 81 minutes into the match, Deportivo Balvanera's goal looked a bit too open when Paco Sancho came free, but Omar Lauren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Ceandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Kaczorowski in the 84th minute of play. Deportivo Balvanera made a substitution. Isaias Erroman replaced Cristiano Graziano. After 87 minutes TIBURON F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Till Slesinski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Deportivo Balvanera's Till Slesinski to fire away a dangerous shot which Emanuel Ceandro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Isaias Erroman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Balvanera's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Erroman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Ceandro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isaias Erroman struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Emanuel Ceandro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Balvanera. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Balvanera players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
