Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) 4 minutes into the game, Mariolo's Frederico Barros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hernani Correia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Hernani Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederico Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th match minute, Desert Fury was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Custódio Lando to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Desert Fury defense, Frederico Barros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernani Correia. The Desert Fury fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernani Correia should have stopped the shot. Hernani Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederico Barros in the 25th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Tadeu Flores threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mariolo's Umea Loza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 29th minute, Frederico Barros made a precise shot to the right of Hernani Correia. Desert Fury's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Hernani Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Barros in the 32nd minute of play. Frederico Barros took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernani Correia. Hernani Correia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Eufrasio Vall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Amado in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Frederico Barros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mariolo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 45th minute, Zé Fernandes Braga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fábio Vila-Santa made in the 47th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tadeu Flores. The Desert Fury players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mariolo were winning 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frederico Barros was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Frederico Barros dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hernani Correia, 0-8. 58 minutes into the match, Marcial Elgueta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hernani Correia, 0-9. Umea Loza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute, Frederico Barros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Mariolo's Frederico Barros in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Desert Fury's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariolo's Frederico Barros slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hernani Correia. That made the score 0-10 after 66 minutes of play. In the 69th minute, Frederico Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernani Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. Hernani Correia was a little too slow when Frederico Barros got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-12. In the 75th minute Umea Loza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernani Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th match minute, Desert Fury was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Roma to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 0-13 when Frederico Barros sped through Desert Fury's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hernani Correia. Frederico Barros might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hernani Correia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frederico Barros ran back to his position shaking his head. Hernani Correia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederico Barros in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the match, Frederico Barros dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hernani Correia, 0-14. With an all-out effort, Mariolo's Hernani Correia threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Umea Loza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mariolo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
