Petre Dimofte was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joseph Schwarzfischer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Dimofte having to interfere. 18 minutes into the game, Jorrin Briones recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Petre Dimofte. Jorrin Briones showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Petre Dimofte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorrin Briones went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Thoona defense, Jorrin Briones kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petre Dimofte. The Thoona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petre Dimofte should have stopped the shot. Petre Dimofte was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Jorrin Briones capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jorrin Briones really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joseph Schwarzfischer in the 37th minute. Petre Dimofte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorrin Briones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorrin Briones could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Petre Dimofte made a huge save. Ferenc Tököli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Callaghan, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jorrin Briones in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thoona's goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Callaghan was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Thoona's goal looked a bit too open when Jorrin Briones came free, but Petre Dimofte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Angelo Callaghan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferenc Tököli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thoona's Petre Dimofte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorrin Briones in the 61st minute of play. In the 65th minute Jorrin Briones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Dimofte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jerrold Taranco was substituted for Luís Paulo da Fonseca. Rapsodas Red Devils FC made a substitution. Herminio Miera replaced Eskil Julin. Petre Dimofte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Salah in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cristiano Salah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petre Dimofte was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Despite this Petre Dimofte quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 91 minutes into the match, Cristiano Salah notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Thoona's Petre Dimofte. Petre Dimofte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Petre Dimofte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerrold Taranco in the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th match minute, Thoona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chuck Pack to maneuver through the defense. Herminio Miera might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Petre Dimofte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herminio Miera ran back to his position shaking his head. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
