Egídio Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Vicente Valladares got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Egídio Salgado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 60th match minute, ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. Murilo Paraíba's late challenge caught a Catugi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murilo Paraíba helped the player get up and apologised.
