Tuste Villanueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Dalmu in the 27th minute of play forced Club Getafe Deportivo's goalkeeper Jairo Castellano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sant Bartolomeu FC's Edgard Dalmu, in the 28th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Sant Bartolomeu FC. Club Getafe Deportivo's Xabat Dobale managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Benedicto Bargas in the 29 minute of the game. Edgard Dalmu scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jairo Castellano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edgard Dalmu might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Castellano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Curcio Carballeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Getafe Deportivo's Vlad Ţăranu was substituted for Henrico Del Bosque. Tuste Villanueva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Curcio Carballeira's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Jairo Castellano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Dalmu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Sylwester Terasek fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Club Getafe Deportivo getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Xabat Dobale hit a great ball. Tuste Villanueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curcio Carballeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 90th minute, Curcio Carballeira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tuste Villanueva was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Edgard Dalmu came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Sant Bartolomeu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Dalmu couldn't finish the play. Club Getafe Deportivo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sant Bartolomeu FC had controlled the match.
