Nevşehirspor were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Jr Familia Campos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rıdvan Kurushov took the corner. Marcelinho Rocha came out of the goal and Eustacio Firmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustacio Firmo struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Marcelinho Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nevşehirspor. Marcelinho Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Firmo in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute Eustacio Firmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naldo Prado made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nevşehirspor's Angelo Di Livio. Jr Familia Campos FC's Marcelinho Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Firmo in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute of the match, Rıdvan Kurushov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcelinho Rocha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

A collision led to Jr Familia Campos FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Abel Leme hit a great ball. Eustacio Firmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Marcelinho Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Nevşehirspor getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Nevşehirspor's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
