The score was still level after an even and exciting first-half in extra time. The players took a moment to grab a drink and get instructions from their managers before swapping ends.

In the 138th minute, the referee gave BATMAN SK a penalty. Baturay İlter looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Shao Shu Lang. Shao Shu Lang had in the 139thth minute some difficulties stopping Shao Shu Lang's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience cheered when Shao Shu Lang's long shot passed Dida Gentenaar's right side. It was 2-3, 139 minutes into the match. A hard and well directed shot from Christian Dominic led 140 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Encarale a la gordita's Shao Shu Lang became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 3-3. When the match had been going on for 146 minutes, BATMAN SK's Sacit Değirmenci got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Shao Shu Lang. The score was 5-4 after a penalty in the 148th minute, where BATMAN SK:s Dida Gentenaar tricked Encarale a la gordita:s Shao Shu Lang with a difficult ball by the left post. BATMAN SK's Dida Gentenaar became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 5-6. The Encarale a la gordita supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Encarale a la gordita would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
