A beautiful save bye Türk Polis Gücü's goalie prevented a goal. Zé Dos Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Türk Polis Gücü's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Perfecto came free, but Edmund Dulemba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurício Donatello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute Mané Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Dulemba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmund Dulemba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mané Lara's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Zé Dos Reis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Borys Gruchacz made a huge save. 33 minutes into the match, Zé Dos Reis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Borys Gruchacz, 1-0. Mané Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Edmund Dulemba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmund Dulemba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mané Lara in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zé Dos Reis was the one to do the kick off. Türk Polis Gücü's Edmund Dulemba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Türk Polis Gücü from getting a goal against them. Zé Dos Reis might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Borys Gruchacz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Dos Reis ran back to his position shaking his head. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Dos Reis in the 55th minute of play. Borys Gruchacz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Dos Reis in the 60th minute of the match. Türk Polis Gücü's Edmund Dulemba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mané Lara in the 62nd minute of play. In the 68th minute Yngve Lindqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Gruchacz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Borys Gruchacz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Dos Reis in the 74th minute of play. Edmund Dulemba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Lara in the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Türk Polis Gücü booed when Joinville United - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. After 91 played minutes Joinville United - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Perfecto. 92 minutes into the match, Türk Polis Gücü's goalkeeper Edmund Dulemba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennart Khan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yang Hui Wen in the 94th minute of play forced Türk Polis Gücü's goalkeeper Edmund Dulemba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joinville United - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Türk Polis Gücü's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Prospero Perfecto took the corner. The corner ended in Prospero Perfecto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Türk Polis Gücü's Edmund Dulemba did a great save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Türk Polis Gücü fans cheered their team off the field, for while Joinville United - FSCMZ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
