Fredric Olsson made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Jari Alenius sent off a good shot on target. Diego Beckenbauer's late challenge caught a Sannegården BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Beckenbauer helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, one of NAGANO F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for NAGANO F.C. Karl-Erik Mattsson did an outstanding performance 27 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-2 to the right of an irritated Vellito Alguerdo in the goal. Emilian Braga made in the 32nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Anthony Meza however managed to control. 34 minutes into the game, Diego Beckenbauer threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sannegården BK's Emilian Braga quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Sannegården BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Jari Alenius scored to the left of an out of position Fredric Olsson, making the score, 1-2. Sannegården BK's Karl-Erik Mattsson got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by NAGANO F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anani Ilev was slow to take the kick. During this time Sannegården BK's players had a chance to rest. Anani Ilev made a great header on Sannegården BK's corner, it was just that NAGANO F.C's Vellito Alguerdo managed to reach the ball for a save. After 46 played minutes Sannegården BK got a freekick which was hit by Anani Ilev. Fredric Olsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jari Alenius in the 47th minute. With a little luck, Sannegården BK's Fredric Olsson got control of the ball when Jari Alenius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Erik Mattsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Karl-Erik Mattsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NAGANO F.C's Vellito Alguerdo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Sannegården BK's goal looked a bit too open when Pertti Koskenkorva came free, but Fredric Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pertti Koskenkorva in the 55th minute of play forced Sannegården BK's goalkeeper Fredric Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sannegården BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Róbson Eger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vellito Alguerdo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sannegården BK's Liu Nan Ang was substituted for Ruben Henriksson. Sannegården BK made a substitution. NAGANO F.C's Vellito Alguerdo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save NAGANO F.C from getting a goal against them. The NAGANO F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
