FC Draconia's attentive Harald Sulems managed to snatch the ball when Gaby Martínez made a throw-in in the 4th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bras Pizarro in the 11th minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Jerome Ngake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Bras Pizarro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bras Pizarro in the 18th minute of play. Tifo Marinović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benny Hill, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute FC Draconia were awarded a corner. Walter Bernaerts went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Adrià Vassaras almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Obrero Barquisimeto's Tifo Marinović did a great save. Jerome Ngake made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Cido Cardozo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Gorbea Castejana got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Joaquin Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A sloppy throw-in by Gaby Martínez in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Draconia's Harald Sulems. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Adrià Vassaras got a free kick in the 37th minute. A collision led to FC Draconia getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Harald Sulems hit a great ball.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Benny Hill put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tifo Marinović. After a defensive mix-up in Obrero Barquisimeto's zone, Joaquin Lekubegi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tifo Marinović came out of the goal and Joaquin Lekubegi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tifo Marinović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benny Hill in the 59th minute of the match. Jerome Ngake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cido Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Obrero Barquisimeto's Cordera Pardaves was substituted for Daniel Kipchirchir Pikin. FC Draconia made a substitution. Adrian Costandin replaced Adrià Vassaras. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Benny Hill got a free kick in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bras Pizarro in the 79th minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Jerome Ngake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Obrero Barquisimeto supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Draconia's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Draconia.
